Assetara Limited is looking for a Talent Scout to join our remote, full-time team. You will source, engage, and screen high-potential candidates worldwide, presenting the Assetara opportunity professionally to prospective hires.

Responsibilities include direct sourcing via LinkedIn and messaging, 15–20 minute first-stage interviews, 2–3 interviews per day, and maintaining candidate records with compliance to company policies. You will collaborate with the Regional Manager as needed.

Formación

• Strong communication and objection handling.
• Experience in cold sales, recruitment, or sourcing.
• Comfort with Zoom, Google Meet, and simple tracking sheets.
• Basic to intermediate English for reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Direct Sourcing & Outreach: Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram channels, professional networks, and international job boards.
• Candidate Engagement: Initiate professional outreach by message or call, present the Assetara opportunity, and respond to candidate questions.
• First-Stage Screening: Conduct structured 15–20 minute Zoom or Google Meet interviews to assess communication, motivation, leadership potential, and role fit.
• Daily Interview Activity: Conduct 2–3 first‑stage candidate interviews per working day, subject to qualified candidate availability and agreed scheduling.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in simple tracking sheets and refer qualified candidates to the Regional Manager for final‑stage interviews.
• Compliance: Follow company policies, privacy requirements, and applicable recruitment practices in all candidate communications.
