AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will own code quality and architecture, design containerized Python and React apps, and integrate AI-powered features while collaborating with DevOps.

The role demands guiding senior engineers and aligning with established engineering standards in a fast-moving environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering with architectural ownership.
• Strong production experience with Python (FastAPI or Flask).
• Solid TypeScript/React experience (Next.js a plus).
• Comfortable with REST APIs; migrating from GraphQL when needed.
• Docker and PostgreSQL experience, incl. migrations.
• Experience building data-heavy applications.
• AWS ecosystem familiarity with S3/Athena/EKS/Kubernetes.
• Ambiguity handling and problem framing.
• Mac/Linux terminal proficiency.
• AI-assisted development tooling experience.

Responsabilidades

• Code governance and PR review to enforce quality standards.
• Architect containerized apps via REST APIs.
• Integrate AI features and complex logic into the platform.
• Collaborate with DevOps on AWS data stack and pipelines.
