Uproot Clean is seeking a hands-on Recruitment Sourcer dedicated to active sourcing across multiple functions. You will proactively identify and engage high-quality talent using diverse channels and advanced search techniques.

This remote, high-output role requires strong judgment, persistence, excellent written English, and the ability to move fast in a growth-stage environment. You will partner with recruiting and hiring managers to build robust candidate pipelines.

Formación

• 1+ year of full-time active sourcing experience.
• Experience sourcing across multiple job boards and sourcing platforms.
• Strong outbound recruiting and candidate outreach skills.
• Experience using advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open searches simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively source candidates across multiple job boards, platforms, and sourcing channels.
• Use advanced Boolean search techniques to identify strong talent.
• Build pipelines across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Identify strong passive candidates.
• Partner closely with recruiting and hiring managers to align on hiring needs.
• Write outbound messaging that drives candidate engagement.
• Qualify candidates early in the process.
• Move qualified candidates into the recruiting workflow.
• Maintain organized sourcing workflows and candidate tracking.
• Continuously improve sourcing strategies and outreach quality.
• Continuously iterate on sourcing methods, messaging, and targeting.
