• Experience leading operational leaders.
• Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting is desirable.
• Hands-on management style with a proactive approach.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and guide a team of leaders within the Talent Acquisition function.
• Create and implement new strategies for the hiring process.
• Align with other area managers to ensure effective Talent Acquisition processes.
• Monitor and manage KPIs, metrics, and salary settings.
• Analyze data to improve Recruiting and Staffing processes.
