Trolley is seeking a head of global talent operations to own end-to-end delivery for a client program. You will manage the team, systems, and budget, ensuring a healthy margin across multi-million-dollar workforce costs, while aligning with client leaders and legal counsel.

The role is remote with international overlap requirements and ties to senior leadership. You will report to the CEO and collaborate with Finance, People, Legal, and the recruiter pool, shaping strategy and playbooks to scale

Competenze

• End-to-end P&L ownership with budget and margins.
• Strong finance, payroll, and invoicing experience.
• Experience managing a recruiter pool and contractors.
