Trolley is seeking a Head of global talent operations to own the client program’s talent function end-to-end. You will manage the unit’s P&L, budget, forecast and cash view, lead the recruiter pool and administrative staff, and ensure rigorous financial controls and service levels.

You will coordinate with client leaders and internal functions to deliver about thirty hires in six to seven months while maintaining tight onboarding, payroll, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Competenze

• End-to-end business function with P&L and a multi-person team.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial control experience.
• Global hiring knowledge and contractor/or employee classifications.

Mansioni

• Own the unit's P&L, budget, forecast and cash view with monthly reporting.
• Manage the Account Manager, Administrator and recruiter pool.
• Approve top-five shortlist for roles and approve spend within budget.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, contracts and work authorisations across countries.
• Ensure payroll, invoicing, collections and audit-ready records.
