Wow Remote Teams is seeking an Operations Manager to lead client relationships, talent operations, and internal team performance while shaping growth. This hands-on role requires a strong background in staffing, HR, or outsourcing, focusing on scalable processes and decisive leadership.

You will supervise an operations team, manage escalations, and partner with the founder to align priorities with US-based client needs. Remote, LATAM-focused, full-time.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in staffing, recruiting, BPO, or outsourcing.
• At least 2 years of direct people management or team leadership.
• Hands-on HR management or account management experience with employee relations, performance management, or client-facing responsibilities.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and handle escalations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of staffing operations, client service, and talent development.
• Bilingual Spanish fluency with English at C1 level; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to work full-time during US-aligned business hours.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering accountability and professional growth.
• Oversee daily client and talent operations, ensuring service quality and alignment with business objectives.
• Manage sensitive escalations with clear communication, sound judgment, and effective problem-solving.
• Collaborate with the Account Manager to ensure candidates meet client expectations and needs.
• Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies, HR guidelines, and SOPs.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to increase productivity and scalability.
• Evaluate technologies, workflow automation, and AI-powered tools to streamline processes.
• Support internal HR management activities including employee relations and performance management.
• Guide team on complex client and talent situations with fair, well-informed decisions.
• Partner with company leadership to align operational priorities with growth strategies.
