Formación

• Experience leading operational leaders.
• Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting (desirable).
• Hands-on management style with a proactive approach.
• Advanced level of English.

• Create and implement new strategies for the hiring process.
• Align with other managers to ensure effective Talent Acquisition processes.
• Monitor KPIs and salary settings within the team.
