Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call center, or administrative tasks.
• Education in Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Attention to detail and experience in telephone management.
• Knowledge of CRMs, advanced Excel, Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM and update customer data.
• Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges and provide basic product guidance.
• Identify opportunities to improve service processes and participate in training sessions.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and relay customer feedback to management.
