Bluelight Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software development initiatives for global clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope and timelines, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality applications.

You will work with stakeholders to translate technical concepts for non-technical clients, manage risks, and maintain strong client relationships while aligning with enterprise goals and regulatory considerations.

Formación

• 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with risk and scope management.
• Experience coordinating multi-workstream projects and vendor dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate technical concepts.
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP/CSM/PSM preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multi-team software projects from initiation to delivery.
• Manage scope, budget, resources, and timelines across workstreams.
• Coordinate third-party vendor dependencies and escalation paths.
• Provide client-facing status reporting and maintain risk registers.
