Bluelightconsulting is seeking a seasoned project manager to lead top-tier software development initiatives. You will coordinate distributed teams across nearshore channels, align stakeholders, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery of complex applications.

Candidates should bring 5+ years of PM experience, strong Agile expertise, and a PMP/CSM/PSM certification. You will play a pivotal role in client satisfaction and project success.

Formación

• 5+ years of software development project management experience.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with risk mitigation.
• Experience with client dependency registers, escalation paths, and change control.
• Experience with milestone-based client status reporting and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multiple concurrent software projects across distributed teams.
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, and resourcing to meet commitments.
• Coordinate third-party vendors and ensure regulatory/compliance needs are addressed.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives.
