Bluelight is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead software development initiatives, coordinating stakeholders and complex delivery across multiple teams.

You will manage risk, dependencies, and client communications while aligning with nearshore teams and US business hours. A Bachelor's degree is required, with strong leadership and problem-solving expected in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with risk/change-control processes.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies and milestones.
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams and reporting to clients/executives.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead software development projects from planning through delivery, ensuring milestones and gates are met.
• Coordinate client expectations, risk registers, and dependency management across multiple workstreams.
• Provide status reporting to executives and stakeholders and manage change control.
• Collaborate with nearshore delivery teams and ensure US business hours alignment.
