Bluelight LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead software development programs in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. You will drive planning, risk management, and stakeholder communications across multi-team projects to ensure on-time, high-quality deliveries.

The role emphasizes delivering against fixed deadlines, coordinating nearshore US-LATAM teams, and maintaining accountability for scope, budget, and milestones.

Formación

• 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with critical-path planning.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with due dates and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience overseeing scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies and contracts.
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing reporting.
• Experience with Jira, Asana, or similar project-tracking tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical clients.
