Bluelight Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead software development initiatives. You will oversee multi-threaded programs, manage budgets and risks, and ensure delivery against fixed deadlines while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, hands-on Agile experience, and strong communication for non-technical stakeholders. You must be able to overlap US business hours and hold a related degree; PMP, CSM, or PSM certifications

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with critical-path management.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives.
• Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies.
• Substantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Extreme ownership and accountability for deliverables.
