Bluelight is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead software development initiatives in a fast-paced, client‑facing environment. You will oversee scope, budgets, milestones, and multiple concurrent workstreams with a focus on delivering high-quality applications.

Candidates should have 5+ years managing software projects, experience with fixed external deadlines, risk and change control, and Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams. A Bachelor's degree is required; PMP/CSM/PSM certifications are a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with critical-path and buffers.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with dates, owners, escalations.
• Experience with risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies and contracts.
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client reporting.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management and ability translating tech concepts to non-technical clients.
• Experience identifying and mitigating project risks and dependencies.
• Background with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
• Extreme ownership and accountability for deliverables.
• Best practices knowledge and client-focused mindset.
