Bluelightconsulting is seeking a seasoned project manager to lead software development programs across distributed teams in a nearshore US-LATAM delivery model. You will own planning, milestones, risk management, and stakeholder communications.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

Formación

• 5+ years leading software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines.
• Experience with risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing scope, budgets, and timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies and integration timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead software development projects from planning to delivery, ensuring milestones are met.
• Maintain risk and dependency management and drive mitigation plans.
