Bluelight is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead software development initiatives for diverse clients. You will drive planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication to deliver high‑quality applications on schedule.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, PMP/CSM/PSM preferred, and the ability to align technical teams with client goals while working remotely with nearshore US‑LATAM delivery. Generous PTO and ongoing training are offered.

Formación

• 5+ years leading software development projects.
• Experience with fixed external deadlines and risk registers.
• Proven client-facing reporting and governance experience.
• Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Knowledge of nearshore US-LATAM delivery models.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multi‑project delivery with cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee budgets, resourcing, and timelines across workstreams.
• Maintain risk and dependency registers with escalation paths.
• Coordinate vendor contracts, credentials, and timelines.
• Report status to clients and executives with clarity.
