Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of proven experience in social media management or related roles
• Portfolio of video/design work required
• Fluent English (C1) with strong American consumer culture understanding

Responsibilities

• Creative social media management: script, edit, and produce short-form videos; maintain content calendar; engage with community.
• Backend operations & lead tracking: organize client records; manage data in CRM; coordinate operational logistics.
• Proactive upward management: monitor owner’s workload; prioritize tasks; drive accountability on approvals and deliverables.
