Job summary

Formulated Automation is seeking a JUNIOR Social Media Virtual Assistant (Client Engagement & Community Management) to support daily community interaction, CRM tracking, and cross-department coordination across Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership. This remote role requires strong English skills and experience with major community platforms.

You will monitor, engage, and log interactions while avoiding content creation or paid campaigns. Weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as Social Media Contractor, Community Manager, or Client Engagement Specialist.
• Advanced/ Fluent English (C1/C2) written and spoken.
• Basic hands-on Salesforce/CRM experience to search, verify, and tag records.
• Proficient with Facebook Groups, Discord, Slack, and Skool platforms.
• High level of organization with ability to manage 5+ platforms daily.

Responsibilities

• Daily community monitoring and engagement across multiple platforms, reflecting leadership voice.
• Log interactions in Salesforce and tag contacts as existing clients or warm leads.
• Route urgent inquiries to Sales Team Leads via Slack when needed.
• Join relevant groups on behalf of leadership and track networking opportunities.
• Flag competitor mentions and maintain clear notes in Google Sheets for handoffs.
