Job summary

HigherOptions is seeking a Content Creator & Social Media Manager for a US-based client in construction and building materials. This fully remote role covers content creation, video editing, and lead generation across major platforms, with English copy required.

You will write captions in English and Spanish, manage paid and organic campaigns, and coordinate with designers and sales teams to convert engagement into qualified leads. 3–5 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, advertising or lead generation.
• Strong ability to create content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook with short-form video editing skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish with strong writing and communication skills in both languages.
• Experience creating and managing paid campaigns with Meta/Google ads and familiarity with Google Business Profile.
• Ability to analyze marketing data, work with CRMs, and manage multiple campaigns remotely.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
• Manage social accounts, schedule content, and monitor interactions to drive prospects into the sales process.
• Write captions, hooks, scripts, ad copy, and landing-page content in English and Spanish.
• Develop and run paid and organic campaigns to generate inquiries and qualified leads.
• Tailor strategies to construction industry buyers and manage campaigns across regions.
• Monitor metrics, perform A/B tests, and report on performance with improvements.
• Research competitors and trends, test new lead-generation channels.
• Coordinate with designers, clients, and sales teams to deliver content on time and route leads correctly.
• Support related marketing and sales activities as needed.
