Job summary

InsideOut is seeking a New Patient Coordinator & Marketing Assistant to drive client acquisition, consultations, and social media for a premier mental health practice. The role blends empathetic intake with assertive sales, guiding prospective clients to book appointments while managing founder’s social media content.

You will work in English, handle inbound leads, collect deposits, and coordinate calendars in a hybrid environment across LATAM/US markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of strong sales closing or consultative business development experience.
• Basic experience with social media management and video content workflows.
• High proficiency with GoHighLevel (CC360) or similar CRM.
• Deep understanding of HIPAA guidelines and PHI ethics.
• Neutral English accent for US-based clientele.
• Warm, professional, personable communication with a hungry sales mindset.

Responsibilities

• High-EQ discovery, qualification and closing of inbound leads to book consultations.
• Edit and upload founder video content for social media; manage captions and distribution.
• Nurture an inbound pipeline of 120–130 leads per month via calls, email and CRM.
• Enforce upfront fee collection and deposits before appointments.
• Calendar management and EMR handoff with strict scheduling rules.
• No-show mitigation and re-engagement workflows inside the CRM.
