Job summary

WITHIN is hiring a hands-on social community manager who lives in our brands’ Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube channels. You’ll reply in the brand voice, handle inbox sweeps, and proactively join conversations to drive engagement, sentiment tracking and growth.

Reqs include 2+ years in consumer-brand community management, perfect English, and familiarity with Sprout Social and TalkWalker. This is a full-time, in-office role in Bogota, Colombia with benefits and a monthly stipend.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on community management for consumer brands.
• Fluent in English with strong written communication for client-facing work.
• Experience with Sprout Social and social listening tools such as TalkWalker.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and engage on brand social channels daily across platforms.
• Reply in each brand's voice with priority order: purchase intent, then fit/product questions, then issues.
• Run inbox sweeps using Sprout Social across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• Find and join conversations proactively (comment marketing) using TalkWalker and native search.
• Follow each brand's response matrix and FAQ, escalate sensitive items quickly.
• Log product requests, recurring complaints and sentiment; feed a monthly report to the account team.
• Use AI to draft replies, triage, summaries, and document workflows.
