Formulated Automation is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join a growing team. This remote, full-time role focuses on building systems, managing campaigns across email, SMS, YouTube, and social platforms, and integrating marketing tools as the company scales.

You will work with the Head of Growth to ensure timely launches, maintain campaign accuracy, and streamline processes using AI and automation tools. Strong English communication and independent work style are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of hands-on marketing operations experience supporting U.S.-based companies.
• Proven experience building, launching, and managing email campaigns and automations using platforms such as ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
• Experience executing SMS marketing campaigns using tools such as SimpleTexting, Attentive, Postscript, or similar platforms.
• Experience setting up, migrating, or integrating marketing systems for a new business, location, or brand, including CRM, email platforms, tracking, and business listings.
• Hands-on experience managing branded social media accounts, including short-form content and scheduling platforms.
• Ability to update and manage WordPress websites, with basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience using AI tools and automation platforms to simplify workflows, save time, and improve productivity.
• Excellent written English communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A proactive, independent mindset and the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
• Reliable high-speed internet, a backup internet connection, and a dependable computer.

Aufgaben

• Lead marketing systems & integrations for new clinic locations, including CRM and email platforms, SMS, tracking tools, and listings.
• Build, segment, test, and schedule 6–12 campaigns weekly across email and SMS using platforms like ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, and SimpleTexting.
• Support YouTube operations: publishing, optimization, chapters, and performance tracking.
• Manage social media calendars, repurpose content, schedule posts, and engage with audiences.
• Update WordPress content, landing pages, booking links; coordinate with developers on complex updates.
• Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and improve workflows.
• Create marketing materials with Canva and coordinate direct-mail campaigns via Click2Mail.
• Support webinars and virtual events: promotions, registrations, and speaker coordination.
• Monitor campaign performance, maintain SOPs, and identify process improvements.
