NEPSE Trading, a fast-growing coaching brand, seeks a proactive Virtual Assistant in Colombia. You will manage social content, engage with the community, and monitor inbound messages to keep communications smooth and on-brand.

You will identify potential prospects in emails, comments, and DMs, route qualified opportunities to the sales team with context, and decide which messages require a response or escalation. This is a remote, long-term role with flexible hours and USD compensation.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Assistant, Community Manager, or similar remote role.
• Excellent written communication and professional judgment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in managing high-volume inboxes or online communities.
• Comfortable working asynchronously in a remote environment.
