Responsibilities

• Own Community & Influencers: recruit creators, nurture long-term relationships, manage outreach and content.
• Own Customer Experience: respond quickly, resolve issues, collect feedback.
• Build and scale community programs, generate user stories and advocacy.
• Leverage AI/tools for research, outreach, CRM, workflows, reporting and documentation.
• Lead future team growth and build processes, systems, and expectations.
