We are seeking a part-time Automation & CRM Consultant to join our remote team, with the potential for full-time employment in the future. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and optimizing our clients' CRM and project management environments, creating efficient workflows, and implementing no-code and low-code automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and configure CRM systems and project management tools to meet our clients' business requirements
• Develop and implement no-code automation using platforms like Zapier and Make.com
• Create low-code automation solutions to streamline business processes for our clients
• Analyze existing workflows and propose improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
• Create detailed statements of work and document feature requirements
• Provide training and support to clients on CRM and automation tools
• Monitor and maintain implemented solutions to ensure optimal performance

Requirements:

• Conversational English proficiency
• Strong understanding of API integrations
• Familiarity with popular CRM and project management tools, such as Hubspot, Monday.com, Airtable, and Google Spreadsheets
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools (preferred)
• Experience as a product manager or software developer (a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to create clear and concise statements of work and feature documentation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
