BairesDev is seeking a ServiceNow Product Owner to drive ITSM initiatives on the ServiceNow platform from a fully remote location. You will translate stakeholder needs into scalable platform solutions and guide backlog, sprint planning, and roadmap execution.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, coordinate QA/UAT, and ensure high‑quality delivery while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Formación

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Strong ServiceNow ITSM/HRSD platform experience.
• Ability to translate stakeholder requests into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience with backlog management and agile delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Drive product strategy and delivery for ITSM initiatives on the ServiceNow platform.
• Translate stakeholder needs into scalable, well‑designed platform solutions.
• Own backlog management, sprint planning, story refinement, and roadmap execution.
• Coordinate QA and UAT processes to ensure reliable platform delivery.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Strong platform experience with ServiceNow, including ITSM and product management responsibilities.
• Proven ability to translate stakeholder requests into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules, including Employee Center Pro and onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and requirements facilitation skills.
• Agile product delivery experience including backlog management, sprint planning, story refinement, and QA/UAT coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice To Have

• Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent implementation.
• Background with CMDB, Discovery, and Configuration Management improvement initiatives.
• Experience with ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and leadership metrics.
• Exposure to Integration Hub, including Azure AD, Jira, and enterprise integrations.
• ITIL certification or strong ITSM best practices background.
