Caseware is seeking a Staff Software Developer on the Back End team for a fully remote role located in Colombia. You will be a senior individual contributor shaping architecture, standards, and cross-team collaboration, mentoring engineers, and owning key features end-to-end.

You will work with modern tech on cloud-native systems in AWS, emphasizing reliability, security, and observability, while partnering with QA, Product, Security, and domain SMEs to deliver high-quality software at scale.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with impact beyond a single team.
• Expertise in .NET and C# with architecture and standards influence.
• Experience delivering cloud-native systems on AWS with scalability and security.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve architectural standards across teams.
• Lead architectural decisions through design reviews and RFCs.
• Own features and architecture end-to-end from design to build.
• Lead PoCs to inform roadmap and architecture.
• Mentor engineers and participate in production support and root-cause analyses.
