Caseware is a leading fintech company with a global footprint and a strong emphasis on back-end engineering excellence. This fully remote role is based in Colombia, offering an opportunity to shape architecture and drive platform-level decisions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The Senior Software Developer III will mentor developers, design scalable backend services, and contribute to the evolution of the product with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and performance.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with impact beyond a single team.
• Strong experience with server-side .NET and C# in distributed microservice architecture.
• Proven design of cloud-native SaaS/multi-tenant platforms, ideally on AWS.
• Experience designing and consuming well-designed HTTP APIs (REST, GraphQL, or similar).
• Experience mentoring developers and influencing architectural decisions across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and design platform components delivering near-term business value.
• Lead technical direction via architecture reviews and RFCs.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to define the architecture roadmap.
• Write clean, scalable code and drive SDLC improvements.
• Mentor developers and raise engineering maturity.
