Talentus Global is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer (Part-Time) to join our remote-first team. The role emphasizes enterprise IT environments, Azure/Azure Portal, and Microsoft 365 support for global users.

You will troubleshoot, manage access and licenses, and deliver remote support with SLA adherence. English at B2 level required; contractor model with USD pay and opportunities to work with top U.S. clients.

Formación

Minimum 5 years of IT support experience, remote and SLA-driven.
Proficient in Microsoft Azure, 365, Teams, and related cloud tools.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and independence in a remote setting.
English at least B2 level.

Responsabilidades

Provide advanced remote IT support for end users.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and cloud-related issues with an SLA in place.
Provide remote IT support and resolve incidents efficiently and following an SLA in place as well as an RCA.
Support and manage Microsoft 365 environments, including: Office 365 applications, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, User accounts and permissions.
Assist with Azure Portal administration and troubleshooting.
