Hired is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide remote technical assistance for end-users. The role focuses on diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues to keep operations running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot tickets, configure laptops/desktops/mobile devices, and support a global remote workforce while adhering to SLAs and maintaining accurate records in the ticketing system.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems and common productivity software.
• Experience with remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical solutions to non-technical users.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users via remote support.
• Assist with setting up, configuring, and maintaining laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Respond to and prioritize service desk tickets in accordance with SLAs.
• Maintain accurate records of support activities and solutions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address recurring technical issues.
