Royal York Property Management is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to oversee invoices, coding, batching, and reconciliation in a remote environment for Canadian operations. You will ensure accuracy, contain costs, and maintain robust records while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 4+ years in accounts payable, experience with Canadian GST/HST coding, and the ability to work full-time during Ontario business hours.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration with an accounting concentration.

Responsabilidades

• Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization.
• Code and enter invoices with correct account, tax treatment, and cost allocation.
• Match invoices to POs, contracts, or service records and reconcile vendor statements.
• Prepare payment batches for management review and approval.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve payment-related issues.
• Maintain organized electronic records for audit purposes.
