Job summary

Opsarmy is seeking a Senior Accountant to own end-to-end accounting for a portfolio of clients. The role emphasizes QuickBooks Online (QBO), inventory and cost accounting, and accounting for e-commerce or CPG businesses.

You will manage month-end close, deliver client reports, and address inquiries. Work setup is fully remote and you will collaborate with Controllers and Staff Accountants to ensure accurate financial records and timely closes.

Qualifications

• Must have QBO, inventory and cost accounting experience.
• Experience with e-commerce or CPG accounting.
• Proven month-end close experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end month-end close for assigned clients.
• Perform transactional accounting and ensure proper recording.
• Manage inventory and cost accounting processes.
• Prepare and deliver client accounting reports.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues.
