Job summary

OpsArmy is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist with hands-on Bill.com and QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience to join our remote finance team. The role focuses on end-to-end AP processing, high-volume invoice handling, payments coordination, and accurate record-keeping for US-based CPG and e-commerce clients.

The ideal candidate will work independently in a remote environment, manage competing priorities, and support month-end close with strong attention to detail and English communication

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounts payable.
• Hands-on Bill.com experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) or similar.
• Experience with US-based CPG/e-commerce businesses.
• Ability to handle high volumes with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day AP operations: invoices, coding, approvals, payments.
• Use Bill.com to manage AP workflows and vendor payments.
• Use QBO to record AP transactions and maintain records.
• Review invoices for accuracy and appropriate approvals.
• Process vendor payments and monitor deadlines for timely disbursements.
• Reconcile vendor statements and AP balances; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records for invoices, payments, POs, vendor data.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams about invoices and status.
• Support AP activities for US-based CPG/e-commerce clients, including high volumes.
• Assist with month-end closing and AP reconciliations, reporting.
