Qualifications

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable or similar accounting role.
• Hands-on experience using Bill.com.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software.
• Experience supporting CPG and/or e-commerce businesses, preferably US-based.
• Ability to handle high volumes and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work remotely and US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day AP operations including invoice processing and payment coordination.
• Use Bill.com to manage AP workflows and monitor payment statuses.
• Use QuickBooks Online to record AP transactions and maintain records.
• Review invoices for accuracy and proper approvals.
• Assist month-end closing and AP reconciliations.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding invoices and payments.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, POs, and vendor data.
• Ensure compliance with AP policies and controls.
• Support AP for US-based CPG/e-commerce clients.
