This full-time, work-from-home position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in QuickBooks Online, and 3+ years of experience in accounting. Formación

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Willingness to work EST Time Zone hours.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately process and code bills/invoices using Bill.com.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Reconcile advertising spend accounts as needed.

Conocimientos

3+ years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping

Proficient in QuickBooks Online

Experience with accounts payable and expense coding

Strong attention to detail

Excellent time management skills

Problem-solving mindset
