Opsarmy is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist with hands-on Bill.com and QuickBooks Online experience to join our remote team. The role focuses on managing end-to-end AP, processing high invoice volumes, coordinating vendor payments, and ensuring accurate financial records for US-based CPG and ecommerce businesses.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role.
• Hands-on experience using Bill.com for invoice processing.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software.
• Experience supporting CPG and/or e-commerce businesses (US-based preferred).
• Ability to handle high volumes and meet deadlines.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, verification, coding, approval tracking, and payment coordination.
• Use Bill.com to manage AP workflows, process invoices, coordinate vendor payments, and monitor payment statuses.
• Use QuickBooks Online (QBO) to record AP transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure proper documentation.
• Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, appropriate coding, and proper approval before processing.
• Process vendor payments and monitor payment deadlines to ensure timely and accurate disbursements.
• Reconcile vendor statements and AP balances, investigate discrepancies, and resolve billing or payment issues.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of invoices, payments, purchase orders, and vendor information.
• Communicate professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding invoices, payment status, missing documentation, and account discrepancies.
• Support accounts payable activities for CPG and e-commerce businesses, including high-volume transactions and vendor invoices.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, AP reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Identify discrepancies, investigate transaction issues, and implement appropriate resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with established accounting policies, internal controls, and AP procedures.
• Maintain efficient, accurate, and well-documented financial workflows in a remote work environment.
