Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their relationships.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting and reconciliations.
• Ability to explain the logic behind transaction classification.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain accurate accounting records in QuickBooks Online.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements across entities.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Support payroll review and reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure tax compliance and audit readiness.
• Improve accounting workflows and SOPs.
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insight.
