TalentVault Network Inc. in Colombia is hiring five Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help a fast-growing B2B tech unicorn revolutionize payroll and payments.

You will prospect, identify new customers, and build a robust pipeline, collaborating with marketing and the Account Executive team to generate qualified meetings and opportunities.

This role offers strong near-term growth into senior sales and leadership positions.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience as an outbound SDR
• Strong English (native level) communication
• Familiar with Salesforce/Salesloft/ZoomInfo or equivalent tools

Responsabilidades

• Outbound prospecting to uncover new opportunities
• Engage with stakeholders via cold calling and build relationships
• Generate qualified meetings and manage lead activity
• Collaborate with marketing to discover opportunities and improve messaging
• Demonstrate product knowledge and value proposition
• Work with Account Executives and manage data in Salesforce
• Meet quarterly quota of qualified meetings and opportunities
