Lago is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support early-stage sales efforts for digital marketing services. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and consistent follow-up to feed the sales funnel with qualified conversations.

You will work remotely with a Latin America focus, coordinating with the US-based team when needed. The role requires results-driven activity, CRM discipline, and strong English communication.

Qualifikationen

• 2-5 years in sales development or outbound sales
• B2B sales experience, especially with marketing agencies or digital services
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1)
• Ability to sustain consistent outreach and follow-up activity
• Familiarity with CRM and sales workflow tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms

Aufgaben

• Identify, create, and nurture outbound leads across channels.
• Engage prospects to understand needs, interest level, and fit.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team and provide prospect background.
