BairesDev is hiring a Young Professional in Sales/Business Development. This remote role offers exposure to global clients and hands-on experience in outreach, materials preparation, and client interactions.

You will collaborate with senior colleagues to research markets, manage the sales pipeline, and contribute to sales process improvements, while developing professional skills in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field — or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in sales, business development, or commercial roles.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support the identification and outreach of new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals for prospective clients.
• Participate in sales meetings and client interactions, gaining hands-on commercial experience.
• Collaborate with senior team members to research markets, industries, and target accounts.
• Help track and manage sales pipeline activity using CRM tools.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies.
