Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or currently pursuing).
• Strong interest in business analysis, requirements management, or project coordination.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements via interviews, workshops, and analysis of processes.
• Support the creation of functional specs, user stories, and process diagrams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and tech teams to bridge business needs with solutions.
• Help monitor project progress and flag risks or deviations to the team.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision making.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.
