BairesDev is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to optimize lead flow and uphold data quality in a fully remote setting. You’ll qualify leads, route them to Client Engagement, and support commercial teams with standard processes.

• Proficiency in CRM data management.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming leads, qualify them based on defined criteria, and assign them to the appropriate Client Engagement rep per standard routing rules.
• Introduce Client Engagement reps to leads when needed.
• Ensure commercial teams follow the company's process for lead upload and assignment, clarifying the correct procedure whenever a request falls outside standard guidelines.
• Support the Client Engagement team with operational tasks such as records enrichment, bulk uploads, and data cleansing.
• Review automated reports that flag system issues and resolve the underlying problems.
