Job summary

Porch Group is seeking a Sales Analytics Specialist (remote from Colombia) to join the Distribution organization. You will blend analytics, automation, reporting, and strategy to drive profitable premium growth.

You will partner with various teams to deliver insights that optimize market coverage and agent performance. The role requires experience with P&C analytics, strong data manipulation skills, and expertise in Power BI.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of analytics experience, preferred within P&C insurance (carrier, MGA, Insurtech).
• Proficiency in SQL, Python; experience with generative AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze agent performance, quote-to-bind, retention, loss ratio trends, and geographic opportunity.
• Build reports, dashboards and self-service tools for sales managers to understand book performance and growth levers.
• Maintain and enhance geographic sales territories and account assignments.
• Automate manual processes to create efficiency and update weekly/monthly reporting.
