Job summary

Porch Group in Colombia is seeking a Sales Analytics Specialist to join our Distribution team and support our expanding insurance practice. This role blends analytics, automation, reporting, and business strategy, working across agency relationships and sales workflows.

You will build dashboards, automate processes, and deliver insights to improve market coverage and profitable premium growth while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of analytics experience, preferably in P&C insurance
• Experience manipulating data, creating reports, and automating workflows
• Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., Claude)
• Experience with Power BI semantic models and CRM systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to non-technical audiences in English

Responsibilities

• Analyze agent performance, quote-to-bind, retention, loss ratio trends and geographic opportunities.
• Build reports, dashboards and self-service tools for sales managers.
• Maintain and enhance geographic sales territories and account assignments.
• Automate manual processes to improve efficiency.
