Job summary

Ricky Joy Company is seeking a Sales & Commercial Operations Analyst in Colombia, fully remote. You will analyze sales data, prepare commercial reports, and monitor KPIs to support the Sales team.

The role requires advanced Excel, ERP/CRM experience, and strong English communication. Responsibilities include generating reports, dashboards, coordinating with departments, managing orders, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales analysis or commercial operations.
• Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
• Strong English communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using ERP and Excel.
• Analyze sales performance by customer, territory, distributor, and product line.
• Develop and maintain sales dashboards and KPI reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to support commercial decisions.
• Record and monitor customer orders in ERP and CRM systems.
• Monitor sales targets and provide timely updates to the Sales team.
• Support travel arrangements and commercial events as needed.
