Porch Group is seeking a Sales Analytics Specialist to join our Distribution organization in a remote-structured role. You will analyze agent performance, build dashboards, and automate workflows, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive profitable premium growth.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of analytics experience in insurance, strong SQL and Power BI skills, and fluency in English. Experience with AI tools and CRM systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years analytics experience, preferably in P&C insurance.
• Proficiency in SQL; Python a plus.
• Experience with Power BI and semantic models.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze agent performance, quote-to-bind, retention, loss ratio trends.
• Build reports, dashboards and self‑service tools for managers.
• Maintain geographic sales territories and account assignments.
• Leverage external data to assess market opportunities.
• Automate manual processes to create efficiency.
• Update weekly/monthly reporting and visuals.
• Create visuals and presentations that tell a clear data story.
• Convey findings to non-technical audiences clearly.
