Job summary

The Ricky Joy Company is hiring a Sales & Commercial Operations Analyst for a 100% remote role based in Colombia. The analyst will analyze sales performance, prepare commercial reports, monitor KPIs, and coordinate ERP/CRM activities to support the Sales team.

The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, strong English communication, and experience with ERP/CRM platforms to drive data-driven decisions and process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in a related field and at least 2 years in sales analysis or commercial operations.
Experience preparing sales reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
Experience with ERP/CRM platforms and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using ERP systems and Excel.
Develop sales dashboards and KPI reports to aid commercial decisions.
Monitor orders, customer data, pricing, and distributor information in ERP/CRM.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Customer Service.
