Descrizione del lavoro

Emapta Colombia is seeking a Revenue Ops Coordinator to support a US consulting firm through accurate proposals, client onboarding, and revenue administration. You will strengthen operational efficiency, connect sales with service delivery, and gain international exposure.

This remote, indefinite-term role offers a 5-day work week, 20 vacation days, a fully customized laptop, and direct exposure to global clients.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Sales Administration, Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in revenue operations, sales administration, business administration, client coordination, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Familiarity with NetSuite and its applications in business operations.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and confident telephone manner.
Ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
Strong collaboration, adaptability, and multitasking skills, with a commitment to teamwork and accountability.
Willingness to learn, embrace new challenges, and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Mansioni

Prepare and manage new client proposals, addenda, and service changes to support revenue operations and client requirements.
Maintain accurate client and account databases by entering new information and updating existing records.
Enter and verify new client and account data received from business partners.
Coordinate tasks with team members to manage workflows, prioritize activities, and ensure timely completion.
Organize and prepare initial materials for the Delivery Operations Team (DOT).
Support new client onboarding by creating client folders, setting up projects, and completing additional onboarding requirements.
Communicate with internal and external sales representatives to gather and clarify opportunity details.
