Job summary

Emapta Colombia seeks a Proposal and Marketing Coordinator to strengthen global AEC pursuits through RFPs, RFQs, and proposal development. You will coordinate client communications, maintain proposal indices, and ensure polished submissions while collaborating with a global client base.

You will work with MS Office tools, Outlook, and PM platforms, handling multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment and contributing to brand-consistent proposals and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of client support experience in marketing, proposals, or professional services.
• Experience in the AEC industry with familiarity of proposals, RFPs and RFQs.
• Strong written and spoken English for business communication.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team with proposal and submittal prep for RFPs/RFQs.
• Draft, update, and format proposal qualification documents per RFPs.
• Maintain PI and CI with accurate records.
• Coordinate with team and external contacts to meet submission deadlines.
• Ensure document formatting aligns with brand standards and templates.
